Input Parameters and Valid Values

This page lists all input parameters accepted by the Geosapiens API. Parameters are divided between location (required for all endpoints) and financial (optional, requires a subscription to the Geosapiens Financial module).

Location Parameters

These are required for both endpoints (single_building_query and single_building_query_without_geocoding).

For `single_building_query` (address-based)

streetAddress — Street address of the property
city — City name
areaName — State, province, or region
postalCode — Postal or ZIP code
countryName — Country name

For `single_building_query_without_geocoding` (coordinates-based)

latitude — Latitude in decimal degrees
longitude — Longitude in decimal degrees

Financial Parameters (Optional, requires Financial module)

These parameters are only used if you include the financial payload.
